If they had accepted my request and assigned another person to communicate with me, I would have continued the cooperation. Unfortunately, you have good products, but you are losing customers because of poor communication. Communication is the most important factor in building long-term relationships. After this experience, I have decided to look for another factory to work with, purely due to the poor handling and lack of professionalism.
